Description
Following the wave of frost that has deeply damaged the Valais vineyards, the Interprofession de la vigne et du vin has decided to mobilise, inviting all wine lovers to take part in a general solidarity movement: this is how the action “Savour today for your vineyard of tomorrow” was born.
It aims to encourage wine lovers to taste and consume Valaisan wine. A solution on a human scale, in the face of an unpredictable and difficult to control nature.
